References to Cambridge International, AS & A Level Economics 9708, assessment objectives, syllabus topics, exam papers, or similar terms are used only to describe the educational context supported by EconProof.
Users must not present EconProof feedback, mark estimates, or comments as official Cambridge marking.
4. Educational disclaimer
EconProof provides AI-generated educational feedback. The feedback is an estimate and may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or unsuitable for a specific school, teacher, exam session, or examiner.
EconProof does not guarantee:
- official exam marks;
- exact examiner judgment;
- grade improvement;
- exam success;
- university admission outcomes;
- scholarship outcomes;
- teacher approval;
- accuracy of all comments;
- availability of all features at all times.
Users should use EconProof as a study aid together with teacher feedback, official syllabus documents, legitimate textbooks, classroom learning, and independent revision.
5. Age requirement
EconProof is intended for users aged 13 and above.
Users under 13 are not allowed to create an account, submit content, upload diagrams, or use EconProof.
If you are under 18, you may use EconProof only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
By creating an account or using EconProof, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and, if under 18, that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
6. User accounts
Some EconProof features may require an account.
Users agree to:
- provide accurate account information;
- keep login credentials secure;
- not share accounts with others;
- not create accounts using false information;
- not access another user’s account;
- notify EconProof if they suspect unauthorized access.
Users are responsible for activity that occurs under their account.
EconProof may suspend, restrict, or delete accounts that violate these Terms, create security risks, abuse the service, or violate applicable law.
7. User content
Users may submit essays, essay questions, diagram images, notes, model plan requests, feedback requests, and other educational content to EconProof.
Users retain ownership of the content they submit.
By submitting content to EconProof, users grant EconProof a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, display, analyze, and use that content only as necessary to:
- provide EconProof services;
- generate AI feedback;
- save user content to the user’s account;
- provide progress tracking;
- provide technical support;
- improve safety, reliability, and app functionality;
- detect abuse, fraud, or security issues;
- comply with legal obligations.
This license ends when the content is deleted, except where continued retention is necessary for backups, legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
8. User responsibility for submitted content
Users are responsible for the content they submit to EconProof.
Users must not submit content that:
- they do not have the right to submit;
- contains unnecessary personal information about another person;
- violates privacy rights;
- violates copyright or other intellectual property rights;
- contains confidential exam materials that the user is not permitted to share;
- is illegal, abusive, hateful, threatening, or harmful;
- is designed to hack, manipulate, overload, test, or disrupt EconProof;
- contains malware, malicious code, or hidden instructions intended to bypass safety or security systems.
EconProof may remove content or restrict accounts where content violates these Terms or creates legal, security, or operational risk.
9. Academic integrity
EconProof is intended for practice, revision, formative feedback, and learning improvement.
Users may use EconProof to:
- practise essay writing;
- understand weaknesses;
- improve analysis and evaluation;
- compare drafts;
- generate study targets;
- prepare model essay plans for learning;
- revise Cambridge International AS & A Level Economics 9708 content.
Users must not use EconProof to:
- cheat in live exams;

- violate school rules;
- submit AI-generated work as fully their own where prohibited;
- misrepresent EconProof feedback as teacher, tutor, examiner, or official exam-board feedback;
- claim that EconProof mark estimates are official marks.
Users are responsible for following the academic integrity rules of their school, exam centre, teacher, and examination board.
10. AI output and limitations
EconProof uses AI systems to generate feedback, mark estimates, comments, and study suggestions.
AI output may be wrong. It may misunderstand a question, miss valid economics, over-credit weak points, under-credit strong points, or produce feedback that does not match a real examiner’s judgment.
Users are responsible for reviewing AI output critically.
EconProof does not guarantee that:
- the estimated mark range is correct;
- AO1, AO2, or AO3 classification is always correct;
- every paragraph comment is accurate;
- every suggested improvement is optimal;
- model essay plans are complete or examiner-approved;
- diagram feedback is always correct;
- external study links are always available or accurate.
EconProof may update, change, restrict, or remove AI features at any time.
11. Prohibited use
Users must not:
- break the law while using EconProof;
- attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service;

- resell EconProof access without written permission;
- copy EconProof’s prompts, workflows, design, databases, or product structure to build a competing product;
- upload malware or malicious files;
- use EconProof to generate spam, fraud, impersonation, or deceptive content;

- use EconProof in a way that damages its reputation, infrastructure, security, or legal position.
EconProof may block, suspend, or terminate users who violate these rules.
12. Payments, plans, and subscriptions
EconProof may offer free plans, paid plans, subscriptions, credits, usage limits, or one-time purchases.
Prices, included features, usage limits, and billing periods will be shown before purchase.
By purchasing a paid plan or subscription, users authorize the relevant payment provider to charge the selected payment method according to the displayed price and billing terms.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. Users may also be subject to those providers’ terms, privacy policies, fees, verification requirements, and refund rules.
EconProof may change prices, plans, limits, or included features. Changes will not affect the current paid billing period unless clearly stated or required by law.
13. Refund policy
EconProof may provide refunds where required by applicable law.
Outside legally required refunds, EconProof may review refund requests case by case.
A refund may be considered if:
- a paid feature was not delivered due to a technical issue caused by EconProof;
- duplicate payment occurred;
- payment was made by mistake and the paid service was not meaningfully used;
- EconProof is unable to provide the purchased access.
A refund may be refused if:
- the user simply disagrees with an AI-generated mark estimate;
- the user expected official exam marking;
- the user violated these Terms;
- the user abused the service;
- the user used a significant portion of the paid service;
- the issue was caused by the user’s device, browser, internet connection, school restrictions, or third-party provider outage outside EconProof’s control.
Refund requests should be sent to asliddin@econproof.app with the account email, payment date, payment method, and reason for the request.
14. Free trials, beta features, and experimental tools
EconProof may offer free trials, beta access, limited free usage, promotional credits, or experimental features.
Beta and experimental features may be unstable, incomplete, inaccurate, slow, or removed at any time.
EconProof may change or stop free trials, promotional offers, or experimental features without prior notice.
15. Service availability
EconProof aims to provide reliable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
EconProof may be unavailable due to:
- maintenance;
- software updates;
- hosting outages;
- AI provider outages;
- payment provider outages;
- database issues;
- internet problems;
- security incidents;
- abuse prevention;
- force majeure events;
- reasons outside EconProof’s control.
EconProof is not responsible for losses caused by downtime, delayed feedback, lost access, slow AI responses, failed requests, or temporary unavailability.
16. Data and backups
EconProof may store saved essays, model plans, feedback, user settings, and progress data when account features are used.
Users are responsible for keeping their own backup copies of important essays, notes, and study materials.
EconProof is not responsible for loss of user content caused by technical failure, account deletion, misuse, third-party provider issues, or events outside reasonable control.
17. Intellectual property
EconProof owns or licenses its website, app interface, design, branding, software, prompts, workflows, databases, original educational structure, product logic, and other protected materials.
Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative products from EconProof materials without written permission.
Users may use their own submitted essays and the feedback generated for their personal study, school revision, and learning improvement.
Users may not use EconProof output or internal logic to train, build, or improve a competing essay marking product without written permission.
18. Third-party content and links
EconProof may link to third-party educational websites, articles, diagrams, resources, or explanations.
EconProof does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, legality, privacy practices, or terms.
A link to a third-party resource does not mean EconProof endorses that website.
Users access third-party resources at their own risk.
19. Copyright and exam materials
Users must respect copyright law and examination-board rules.
Users must not upload, copy, distribute, or misuse copyrighted official materials, confidential exam content, paid textbook content, leaked papers, or restricted mark schemes unless they have the legal right to do so.
EconProof may remove content or restrict accounts if copyright, exam integrity, or legal concerns arise.
20. Privacy
EconProof’s collection and use of personal data is explained in the EconProof Privacy Policy.
By using EconProof, users agree that their data may be collected, processed, stored, and shared as described in the Privacy Policy.
21. Suspension and termination
EconProof may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if:
- the user violates these Terms;
- the user violates the Privacy Policy;
- payment fails;
- the account creates security risk;
- the account is used for abuse, fraud, cheating, scraping, or unauthorized automation;
- EconProof is required to do so by law;
- continued access creates risk for EconProof, other users, or service providers.
Users may stop using EconProof at any time.
Users may request account deletion by contacting asliddin@econproof.app.
22. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EconProof and its owner are not liable for:

If the user used only free features, EconProof’s total liability is limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
23. Indemnity
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EconProof and its owner from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

EconProof may add, remove, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
EconProof may update AI prompts, marking logic, user interface, usage limits, pricing, supported papers, supported features, and educational resources.
EconProof is not required to maintain any feature permanently.
25. Changes to these Terms
EconProof may update these Terms from time to time.
If changes are material, EconProof may notify users through email, in-app notice, website notice, or another reasonable method.
Continued use of EconProof after updated Terms take effect means the user accepts the updated Terms.
If a user does not agree with updated Terms, the user must stop using EconProof.
26. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uzbekistan, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in the user’s country require otherwise.
Before starting formal legal action, users agree to contact EconProof at asliddin@econproof.app and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to the competent courts of Uzbekistan, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
27. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect.
The invalid part will be interpreted or replaced in a way that best achieves the original purpose while remaining enforceable.
28. No waiver
If EconProof does not enforce a right or provision immediately, that does not mean EconProof waives the right to enforce it later.
29. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the EconProof Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between the user and EconProof regarding use of the service.
